All aspects of a policy administration system are covered with comprehensive New Business & Underwriting, Workflows, Policy Issuance, Billing, Claims, Distribution Management, Policy Servicing, Finance, Reinsurance, in-built Pending Requirements Chaser, as well as event-triggered letters and correspondences to the end-customer. It also has a common Distribution Management System between both Individual Life & Group Life systems, for managing the distribution network including (and not limited to) Exclusive agents, Staff and Direct Marketing.

The objective of the Ultimatix - GESS is to develop a global system that will drastically enhance end user experience, reduce time to pay employees and enable audit & process governance. The new GESS system will have interfaces to different modules of Ultimatix such as HRMS, ESS, OA HR, PJRM, Payroll, IPMS. Through GESS , Employee can apply leave, claims ,advance , loans etc.

Bulk Account Creation is an application for creating Account creation files. Each Account File will have single Header Record and multiple Data records. For Different Branches Different Files must be created. In the Header Record there should be single space between two fields, But in Data Record there is multiple spaces as described by Bank. After creating account creation files, the same file will share to Bank for generating accounts of each customer.

Mobile Enrollment Prod-V3 is coming under Financial Inclusion Project. Financial Inclusion is responsible for providing banking facilities to each people in rural and urban areas through mobile. Mobile Enrollment Prod V3 is responsible for capturing all customers’ information and uploading to server. Mobile Enrollment Prod V3 has two parts (1) Front-End part developed in J2ME for mobile application. (2) Bank-End part developed in Servlet,EJB for capturing information, Customer DB download. As earlier two versions are running Mobile Enrollment Prod & Mobile Enrollment Prod V2, In Version V3 extra facilities added as for re-enrollment
