Description

When I joined ice.com it was already a prime jewelry website, but we have had no functional order management, fulfillment and customer service software.

We have built under my direction, on the same platform as the website a journaling, permission based system that utilized existing core functionality and a clear, productive interface.

Achievements:

  • Used available talent pool optimally
  • Built on existing technology (JAVA, Servlets)
  • Provided tremendous boost in productivity that enabled company to double sales for the next three years
