Description

Background: Audit’s Credit Review team has a legacy application build by using PowerBuilder and it’s a client base application which is way outdated in terms of business rules so the team is reengineering the current product to build a web based application incorporating new business rules leveraging SharePoint & InfoPath technologies as application development platform.

Overview: This application is to be used by Audit’s Credit Review (CR) team to capture, review and report on entities which they review. The entities represent credit profiles for selected companies. Each review will comprise of a portfolio which contains a sample of companies (roughly 10 to 100) to be analyzed by the CR team.

--The portfolios also contain a combination of financial data, and individual reviews of various companies. The reviews capture several pages of text and will leverage the InfoPath client to capture the data. This tool should use the full InfoPath client software which will allow for the capture of rich text and provide basic word processing features such as spell checking. The financial data (e.g., credit ratings, credit exposure, etc.) will be provided from a feed from the LYNX system which will be exposed by a feed (SharePoint list) from an external, Audit owned server.

Project-2) Livelink Migration to SharePoint Online & Office 365: As part of the decision to move away from the Livelink platform to a platform split between the Collaboration provided by SharePoint and the Business Record Archival provided by iVAULT, we are presented with a challenge. Two separate architectures need to be built from the ashes of a third architecture, presenting existing and future Line of Business (LOB) customers with the ability to collaborate on their day to day documentation and to archive, where appropriate, and their artifacts that are classified as Business Records by Global Information Management (GIM).

Project-3) CCB - Digital - Payments Optimizer: This project involves the maintenance and development of the chase online bill pay & user management system. It has three major modules

Admin Interface: Has the user management, audit trail and reporting functionality.

Advisor Interface: Can pullup the user transfers, search payment and transfers related information and reporting on users and billers.

Billing Interface: This application primarily has the billing management functionality like add updating and deleting the biller information.

Project-4) Legal Compliance & Controls Technology’s (LCCT) User Developed Applications & Tools Management System: The purpose of this initiative is to evaluate all the existing User Developed Applications (UADs) and User Developed Tools (UDTs) to build a single common platform to manage these under one system. The current UDAs & UDTs are developed using many different technologies such as Microsoft Access, .Net, Excel Macros…etc.
