❖       Preparing reports like: Monthly call report, Weekly Call Report, Daily Call report, Pending Call report.

❖       Regular tracking on Pending Incidents.

❖       Assigning calls to the Engineers.

❖       Opening tickets in call logging tool/Ticketing system (I-Enable).

❖       Vendor Interaction.

❖       Managing Mail communications.

❖       Follow up with Respective stake holders.

❖       Co-ordination with resolving agencies (internal & external) for resolution of tickets.
