• Perform backend development, support and maintenance for a Android application that enables users
to send out letters, read news, and download ebooks in a controlled network infrastructure and environment. The application uses a .NET Web API to connect client to the server and an MVC web portal to manage and screen letters accordingly. The system also uses Common Services GWSX and IBM WebSphere MQ to connect public letter portal to and from SPS private networks.

• Perform backend and services .NET development, support and maintenance using Web API, ASP.NET MVC and windows services for an encrypted messaging/chat application for both iOS and Android, with backend API and services hosted on Government Data Center.

• Developed and designed backend systems and web admin portal using .NET Web API for an Android for app for Recruitment branch.

• Designed and developed SPS Fitness Portal, a system that enables staff to book for scheduled physical test. The system implemented the government mandated SingPass for authentication for government systems and GWS-X for web services.
