Description: This is an internal application which is used by Retail and Care Support Team .The
Customers contact the Care/Retail in order to fulfil the transactions needed(such as for Data
Plans/SIM Activation etc)

Responsibilities :
● Involved in managing and coordinating the Tier 3 Tickets from OnSite.
● Weekly interactions with the Business Team for the discussion of Production TIckets
● Involved in Daily SCRUM meetings and Bi-weekly SPRINT Meetings.
● Involved in Triage calls for re-solving production issues.
● Coordinated the Offshore and involved in daily meetings with the Offshore Team.
● Actively Participated in tracking and resolving Production issues.
● Planned and coordinated with the testing team to approve Functional Specification and test
cases.

Involved in Testing of MicroServices based on Spring Boot Application.These services are
consumed in the front-end development of Angularjs.

Responsibilities:
● Worked in Agile methodology for the Testing/development of a project from the scratch
● Involved in Development of MicroServices for various pages .
● Worked extensively on Spring boot for building web service for various API.
● Involved in the implementation of Redis Cache for handling the Cart page.
● Involved in API testing of the MicroServices
● Involved in daily SCRUM meetings.

Description: Self Service Machine is a Kiosk Based Application used in Airlines.Involved in Design and
Implementation of a scheduler based application to pull up the data and save in a backend
system.Also involved in Jmeter Performance Tuning of the application

Responsibilities:
● Involved in the Designing Phase for implementing Scheduler based application
● Involved in Support and Testing of Kiosk Based Application.
● Implemented a POC for a Scheduler based application to monitor and store the Data to a File
System.
● Involved in Performance Tuning of managing Load Test for SQL operations using JMeter
