Mr. De Neui is a PMI, Project Management Institute, certified Project Management Professional with over 30 years of experience in information systems projects. Mr. De Neui is a graduate with both MBA and BSB degrees from the University of Minnesota ...projects. Mr. De Neui is a graduate with both MBA and BSB degrees from the University of Minnesota with majors in finance, accounting and management information systems. Most recently Mr. De Neui has completed the development of I*PMIS, a comprehensive project management information system using e-commerce web technology (HTML, HTML Canvas, JavaScript and Perl) and the incorporation of IStarPMIS, LLC to market I*PMIS. Mr. De Neui’s involvement with I*PMIS was as the Project Manager and Programmer from beginning to end, starting with the pilot project, conceptualization of the idea, requirements definition, funding, selection of the technology platform, programming, testing and debugging, implementation and continuous improvement and maintenance. The methodologies used were a hybrid of both the waterfall and agile scrum methodology with self-testing and bootstrapping using the I*PMIS product itself. For those of you considering Mr. De Neui for Perl development projects you might be interested in knowing that the I*PMIS product consists of 345 Perl/JavaScript/HTML programs, all authored by Mr. De Neui, 88 files, 12 of them hash files for direct access and the rest of the files sequential were used for storage. HTML Canvas was used for graphics so there are no third party graphics vendor dependencies. MySQL was considered for the project but was discarded when Oracle purchased it and the product was considered a risk for third party dependencies and cost. The desktop environment for development was a HP Pavilion Windows 7 and earlier on a HP Windows XP box. The software tools included Microsoft Front Page, Microsoft Expression Web 4, Adobe Dreamweaver, DZSoft Perl editor, Windows Grep, Antichinus JavaScript Editor, Advanced HTML Encryption by Aevita, and Ipswitch WS-FTP Professional version.
