For this project I first started as support Java developer fixing issues on both front-end (JavaScript, jQuery) and back-end (Java, spring, hibernate) and then I participated to the migration of this monolithic application into a more modular application.

I had another role within this project build manager which is what we call now the devops. Within this, I migrated the the legacy to the day used to Jenkins for which I developed a plug-in to customise the usage to match the legacy tools features.

Description

I worked for a team in a telecommunication company which was obligated by law to rent the physical lines it owned to competitors (to increase competitivity and lower prices).

For those legacy applications under my responsibility as a technical leader we needed to support those applications but also develop new features.

I was doing the second level support, on call 24/7 and I also manage the team whith the agile methodology. So daily stand-up and backlog refining with retrospective.

ASDA's application word legacy I also put in place the continuous integration and deployment with Jenkins and ansible.
