 Top 3 international hospitality company: Led the company’s “project to product” transformation. Worked with Deloitte’s strategy practice and client executives to define the future state product operating model, as well as adopt the future state product model to the company’s reservations and revenue generation portfolios. Facilitated the definition of the enterprise-wide product operating model rollout roadmap and plan.  Top 3 US retail bank: As a leader/member of the clients agile transformation program, led the bank’s core systems modernization product model definition process. Facilitated defining and implementing the future state core banking systems portfolios, product families/products and aligning the product managers, agile teams and shared services teams to the portfolios and products.  Top 5 International wealth management and investment firm: Assessed the client’s newly formed agile product development factory via the DORA agile assessment model to identify process and practice gaps. Worked with client leadership, program leadership and the agile teams to address the identified process and practice gaps and improve the overall productivity, effectiveness and impact of the agile product development factory.  Deloitte National Audit Practice: Worked with Deloitte’s national audit leadership and a number of Deloitte external audit teams of all sizes and across industries to define and pilot the AgileSource Agile Auditing practices and methods based on Lean/Agile values and principles.  Leading US grocer: Led a cross-functional Deloitte/client team of Retail/Technology executive Retail experts, UX Digital designers, Product Managers and Technical Architects to develop the future vision, business process/practices, solution architecture and product roadmap, product features and delivery roadmap for the future state in-store technology platform and automated task management (ATM) solution. Additionally, worked with client leadership, product management and the agile delivery teams to pilot an initial version of the ATM product/platform.  Director, Deloitte Los Angeles Diversity and Inclusion Council: Led/facilitated a team (20-30 team members) of LA-based Deloitte Partners and practitioners of all levels to further the goals of the Deloitte enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion program. Trained and coached 6 software teams & 2 business teams, multiple product managers, SME’s and the Digital Sales Program leadership on key agile principles (Adaptive Planning, Quality Assurance, Requirements Management and Agile/scrum Delivery.) Worked with product management to define the initial 2014 requirements backlog for three functional work streams (content and navigation, selling tools and personalization). Coached and trained 15 payroll processing and licensed products agile teams across 4 business units including agile roadmap, program and release planning, user stories, agile testing, test driven development. Worked with EP’s senior leadership to identify key product development issues and agile transformation goals and plan the company’s agile transformation program. Agile project management tool usage includes Mingle, Rally and Target Process. EP’s Technical platform includes Force.com, Puppet, Java, Jboss, BRMS/workflow, Db2, dot.net, SQL Server, C# Worked with EP agile team on native IOS, Android and browser based Mobile Time Capture time submission and approval applications. Technical stack includes JSON/XML over Restful API’s.

Planned and facilitated BPR initiative with EP’s core payroll business process including payroll onboarding, client setup, payroll setup, adjustments, pensions, etc. Facilitated BPR work for EP’s core payroll services process including opportunity quote, credit approval, client show on-boarding, show setup and ongoing show payroll processing. Facilitated EP’s future state web portal vision, strategy and execution workshop for company sponsors, stakeholders and SMEs. Experience/exposure to EP production budgeting and scheduling, TimeTrax payroll reporting, CV/GV and V5 applications.

Served as application architect and iteration manager for Force.com multi-org production payroll show/production worker on-boarding enterprise application. 100% cloud-based architecture includes Drawloop DDP, Echosign, Mulesoft middleware, trial force, visual force/google bootstrap (UI), Jenkins, etc. Technical features include programmatic provisioning of SF orgs, portal and SF users (API and JIT), SSO via SAML, standard and custom SF objects, etc. Planned integration with Sales Cloud. Establish selection criteria and evaluate cloud-based AppExchange products in key product categories, negotiate supplier pricing model for third-party contracts.
