•  Installing  Configuring  all  kinds  of  Printers, Scanner and  LaserJet  as  per  Network  Environment.
• Supporting Client remotely with the help of remote setup tools .

Job Role

• Installation of Operating System i. e. Windows 7.
• Coordinating with respective team for the creation  of  Mailbox,  Group  Access  &  Internet  Access.
• Creation & Deletion of users on Active Directory.
• Supporting clients remotely with the help of remote support tools such as  Remote  Desktop  Connection, Team  Viewer and Ammy Admin.
• Installing Configuring Lotus Mail, MS-Outlook & Solved their problem.
• Installing Configuring all kinds of Printers, Scanner and LaserJet as per  Network  Environment.
• And  also Troubleshoot all kinds of Printers, Scanner problem.
• Mapping Network Drive.
• Configuring &Troubleshooting LAN, Data Card  related  problem
• Responsible for attending calls regarding Laptop, Desktop, and Printer.
• Installations,  Troubleshooting  & Handling of all day to day calls on-site.
• Maintaining tracker of the calls & submission of reports to higher authorities.
• Maintain  Vendor contacts and relationships to ensure timely and effective resolution of problems/failures.
• Maintaining tracker of the calls & submission of reports to higher authorities.
• Maintaining Asset Inventory.
• Mapping Network Drive.
• Installing Configuring Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, MS-Outlook & Solved their problem.
