Last 6 years, Worked as a Creative Head in IET group of companies, My Responsibilities were to:

Manage a team of strong designs with varying levels of experience, providing consistent and detailed feedback, offering growth opportunities challenging the team.

Approve all deliverable from the graphics internationally; key role was in the development of high level concepts and in the design projects.

Project manages a large number of tasks & people simultaneously, tracking deadlines, managing workloads, reviewing budgets time sheets.

Work across the production department to evolve the look, feel and art direction of the video and educational content on the site including corporate design, on-screen graphics, set design, Conceptualization, color scheme, etc.

Contribute expertise and occasional scripts to promotions other short form content.

Mentor the team with strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to troubleshoot, develop systems, build relationships and spot avoids speed bumps as they arise.
