Description

Senior Oracle PL/SQL Programmer on Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) project for U.S. Army at the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, Maryland. Bringing years of experience to a team with very little experience, the project challenges were largely due to a still-evolving set of requirements. The other PL/SQL programmers averaged less than two years of experience with Oracle and PL/SQL. Identified multiple occurrences of inconsistent data per Data Quality standards, and reported same to project management.
