TEA (Texas Education Agency) completely changed how school districts were to transmit and gather student information. Layouts and other data requirements were complately changed. State agency required less than 12 months to perform this conversion.

I was part of a team which help start up SDLC procedures into the Wells Fargo mainframe work flow process. Reviewed all documentation to make sure it was all SDLC compliance. Also helped on developed these documents.
