Salesforce.com is widely to enable sales, call center and partner relationship management. Here since Amica works on three different processes like Auto insurance, Home insurance and Life insurance the project was on Sales cloud through which the organisation can improve their overall sales process and also close the deals at a much faster rate.

The project deals with the company 3 Mobile which is one of the top network carriers in UK. Being a media research analyst the main task is to read the articles about 3 Mobile, then using a tool called Data Capture which has various performance metrics associated with it rate the company as to where does it stand with respect to its market position, the quality of its new products, about its competitors, its financial position and results and various other parameters.

The objective of the project was to design and develop Real-Time Linux and porting it to on power pc processors. Real time Linux operating system is mainly used for real time applications where not only the accuracy but the times at which deadlines are to be met are critical.

This project was based on Presription management system and pharmacy management system. It facilitates a better patient- pharmacist relationship. Service cloud was used for this purpose.

Sales cloud was used to generate the leads much faster and close the deals much quicker.
