Project Description As a Sr. Agency Management Process Analyst, I was involved in performing business process reengineering acting as a liaison between all Business Units (Program Operations & Central Payment Unit) & Management Information Systems (MIS) to design multiple cross-functional, integrated end-to-end business and system workflows/processes.

Atlas”, I was the major key player in implementing a new Cogno’s Framework “Express” in TRAMDataMart, & redesigning the old framework 'Digital Revenue Reporting’.

• Performed feasibility analysis, executed SQL queries, data analysis, data mapping and identified data discrepancies in order to provide all the data out of one “integrated” platform (Google’s DoubleClick Publishers), while replacing previous separated sources: Ad Servers (DFP, Freewheel & Burst)
