Hello, I am Adil Tabrez.

 

I have over a decade (14+ years) worth of professional experience in 24/7 work environment and have worked all 14+ years in Night Shifts. I wanted to mention that because I believe it provides insight i...

 

I have been leading a team of around 32 Engineers with different skill sets such as Salesforce, Informatica, Database (MSSQL), Tableau, etc. for the last 5 years.

 

Throughout my professional journey, I have acquired several skills and some of my technical skills include Informatica (ETL), SQL development (SQL Server), Tableau, Salesforce (Configuration), Batch scripting, etc.

 

Furthermore, I have managed several projects (small to medium development and CRs) and been involved in requirement gathering, creating scope statements, providing time estimates, creating the project timeline with milestones and identifying resources needed for successful delivery. I have developed code myself and have worked with the team for code development providing design suggestions and ensuring that the code complies with the requirements and scope statement as per the timeline. I have worked extensively worked with the QA team to provide any insight into the technical requirements and the expected outcome. I have worked with the documentation team and the release management team for the migration/deployment of the finished product to the production instance(s).

 

I possess excellent communications skills that has helped me work with different levels of stakeholders within the organization or external. In my current customer-facing role, I have worked with different teams such as technical support leads, account managers, service delivery managers, and client higher management on variety of queries relating to the applications and technologies we were supporting. I have also worked on developing new implementation strategies, testing and production upgrade timelines, capacity building and transitions strategies with the teams to ensure minimal impact on the production instances used by over 20, 000 users.

 

In summary, I believe that my over decade-long professional experience, ability to quickly adapt to different situations/needs and willingness to work hard makes me a great asset.
