I am part of the Production Control team that handles service request, incidents and bugs from all PROD instances. The team also handles change requests, feature/enhancement requests and new developments projects. I personally play the role of a technical lead and actively work on end-to-end project planning, LOE/Estimation, requirement gathering, initial/feasibility analysis, designing, developing, testing and documentation. I am the point of contact for escalations and RCA/Incident Reporting for data Integration module and lead a team of around 32 team members comprising of Informatica/SQL/Data Integration and Salesforce Developers in 24/5 environment.
