The business intends to replace Wells Fargo Advisors Content Management System (CMS), Documentum Web Publisher to SDL Tridion 2013. Documentum Web Publisher is planned to be decommissioned due to obsolescent and lack of vendor maintenance and support after the first quarter of 2015.This will enable WFA to create, update and maintain new web-based content using SDL Tridion.

The Marketing Platform build out is part of the overall MetLife Digital/Direct to Consumer program of MetLife Asia. The program intends to create a regional platform integrating the marketing, sales, and servicing features. MetLife operates a multi-channel distribution operation in China. The Digital channel has been identified as having significant growth potential, however, for this channel to successfully deliver business value, the MetLife China website has to be re-designed and the capability added for customers to purchase policies online.

Responsibilities:

Test Planning

·       Define and implement test processes, strategies and approaches based on development methodology for test requirements with support from the Technical Architect and get buy in from different stakeholders

·       Guides team to create complex integration and end to end scenarios.

·       Provide training to team for Tridion 2013 to make sure all the Platform (CMS) requirements are covered and RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix) is updated for the same.

·       Give oversight to team during test case creation and execution

·       Analyses the requirements and create the plan for test script creation

·       Analyses the requirements and creates the Test execution plan.

Test Execution

·       Ensures delivery of test execution results as per test cycle defined timelines

·       Collects relevant metrics and does reporting for test execution.

·       Creates and ensures the adherence of defect SLAs and follows up for closure.

·       Share best practices in the team and encourages incorporation for delivery excellence

·       Actively participate in defect triage meetings and updates defect details as per meeting outcomes

·       Creates testing reports such as Defect analysis report, Defect progression report identifying the area that has most number of defects, and reports showing defect closure rates.

Defect Management

·       Creates and articulates the Defect Management process

·       Fetch reports from the defect logging and tracking tools.
