Re-implemented the project & SCOM Analytics and enhancements from 7964 version to 11g OBIA with little modification to the code to enhance the performance of the loads etc.

The project is all about financial analytics (FA, AP, AR, GL) which involved building some custom facts and dimensions related to Fixed Assets and micro ETL related to GL accounting.

Currently the Agent Compensation System (ACS) is maintained by legacy Mainframe systems for the past 30+ years which is resulting in compensation leakages to the insurance agents of Bankers Life and Casualty (BLC) and other third party insurance companies. AiM program is introduced to convert this system to load the agent and policy data from Mainframe and other sources into RDBMS using informatica power center and calculate the agent compensation using Varicent ICM in order to avoid the compensation leakages in the system.
