Repair Xpert (Rx) is a java and eclipse based web application used by phone and chat agents in CTL repair call centers globally.

• Requirement collection and analysis.

Appointment Scheduler (AS) is an application in production that supports Technical Support Consultants (TSCs), Single Point Users, Supervisors and System Administrators in scheduling customer service appointments and commitments when a technician needs to be dispatched for premises and/or non-premises work.
