Web self-service is a pega based self-service portal developed using core pega capabilities. This portal looks like a typical web based application. As it is an end user faced application, we customized the user authentication process using the PRCustomServlet, and display non-authenticated, authenticated offers using real time containers.Portal will show contextual, relevant bundles, also user can customize his bundle by adding/removing offers to cart and buy together. It works like a typical e-commerce application. User can also launch various cases lo update his preferences, create/ update appointment.

Customer Service is a CRM application. As both applications are running on two different servers, we integrated Customer Service with Pega Marketing for Communications using SOAP/REST and FCM.

Pega Marketing for Communication v 7.21 consists of outbound channel communication and inbound channel communication application known as NBAAC (Next Best Action Advisor for Communications). Pega Marketing for Communications (Outbound) and NBAAC (Inbound) form a comprehensive marketing automation solution built for the communications industry to deliver personalized Omni channel experiences for customer engagements across inbound and outbound channels.

Verizon is one of the worlds major telecom giant in providing telephony and custom network solutions. eWPTS is in-house application developed to cater to the Verizon field staff as well as external users who place orders for whole sale products. It enables provisioning and tracking of various kinds of products under the access and local hood. eWPTS is modularized at the technical as well as the functional level. Functionally it has sub applications known as NEWLINE, WINBACK etc. and technically it has other sub projects such as JET, IBOSS, OTM etc. The eWPTS system interacts with more than 40 other systems to consolidate information. It also has intelligence on assigning work to the technicians on daily basis.

PI is a comprehensive Business Intelligence & Analytics platform in the lines of BO/Cognos etc. PI has been developed group up and has various features like Dashboards, Portals, Statistical Analysis, Charting, Scorecards, Sentiment Analysis, Twitter Integration, ETL, Stick Notes etc.

Order Administration is one of the tool which is used by Verizon internal customers to create/edit/delete a customer/product related information. It is developed using Power Builder in early 1980s and it is a standalone application.We started migrating from standalone application to a web based application using Struts and Hibernate. Even though I worked in this project for 3 months, I got many appreciations from lead and managers for successfully delivering the assigned tasks on time.
