As a IT PROJECT MANAGER, SCRUM MASTER, I
- Manage a six to eight person cross-functional team supporting UK Account aggregation feature, Mobile Banking, part of Digital Customer experience group within Digital Banking in rapidly aggregating new Banks and exploring the Road map for New Market place sub feature within Personal Banking/Digital Banking Space
- Collaborate with Product Owner to prioritize key deliverables, groom the requirements and align it to the Product Roadmap
- Collaborate with Cross-functional teams such as Procurement Team, IT Teams (eBusiness Security, Platform, Release Management, Testing) etc
- Lead the Technical Staff (Includes Vendor staff), involved in Hiring and Mentoring the associates
- Engage in Senior Stakeholders such as Product Owner, Development Directors, CIO and manage regular communication to update and receive feedback on the work completed/In-Progress
- Drive Software Engineering & Process improvement with the team by following Agile Scrum Development methodologies, DevOps, track the release plan and manage it. Drive the Agile Ceremonies.
