First Data supports the merchant in case of mismatch of credit, Incorrect Debt Amount, Credit Adjustment. WMS Phase 2 is a most complicated console project which involves searching and adding records from external system and links it to the Case. It will allow for a significantly more detailed ability to generate, update and track the licenses generated for Genesys Product. The project is hosted in Salesforce Classic with an integration with AWS webservice for License API call.

  • Provide consultation to the stakeholder on the new requirements/enhancements.
  • Perform design and implement the solution for business requirements.
  • To take care of the Genesys product upgrades with in Licensing application whenever there is a change in Master Product table using Triggers & Apex classes.
  • Develop Subscription Licensing components using VisualForce and Apex and perform callout to AWS service for License generation.
  • Automation of Renewal Opportunity generation when a primary opportunity is closed, and related service contracts are created.
  • Develop Visualforce Page & Apex triggers on Quote & Order object to support Multi ship orders.
  • Deployment of changes to QA and other higher environment by preparing Build Tracker (Deployment form) with change set/ANT.
  • Handling production tickets in Service Now tool and provide fix if any.
