User Access provisioning in independent R/3 systems.
Managing User Master Record creating user, User groups, locking and unlocking user, password reset and assigning authorization groups and roles.
Mass user management using SU10.
Creation/modification of single/composite/derived roles as per the requirement. Transport Management, transporting roles from development to staging/quality to production system.
Deletion of roles (before deleting place the roles into transport and delete after in the system and releasing the TR).
User traces using ST01 and using SU53 and STAUTHTRACE for troubleshooting authorization issues.
SAP marketplace providing object keys and maintaining credentials and providing OSS Ids to SAP for troubleshooting the issues
Working experience on daily Incidents and service requests.
Analysis of the users, profiles, roles, auth. objects and change documents using SU01 and SUIM.
