Company stores data for all its institutional and retail customers and their asset information in different files, these files are received on daily basis through Sftp.These files we need to process and apply logic through Informatica to store the historical data on daily basis automatically (In order to achieve that we have created 4 different layers to store the historical data and create data warehouse which contain all the data with effective dates which is required for downstream applications).Whole process from receiving files from source to generate the files for downstream application is automated in Informatica

• This project involves design, development of data warehouse to load customer and store information from the different sources such as Oracle 11g, flat files, XML files and transforming data as per business rules and loading into data warehouse.

• Another phase of project involves creation of .CSV BI reports for business end users. Process involves extracting data from various relational databases as per business rules, manipulating data, loading data into intermediate staging tables, creating .CSV files and saving the files on shared drives. Summary and detail reports need to be generated. Reports contain details and aggregated metrics information as per strategic business units which are used by business users to understand market utilization and for overall strategic planning. Sample reports are to get monthly active/registered subscriber/member count, email/sms counts.
