An Internal project in development for provisioning, de-provisioning and maintaining identities and their entitlements across the systems. This HR system handles the life cycle of an employee from the date of on boarding to off boarding in an organization. This process involves three main modules like Provisioning, Secondary provisioning and De-provisioning.

An online site where the users express their interest regarding the different products and then submit a form enquiring about the products. The form details are then pulled through web services to staging tables. And from the staging tables the data is placed into different data marts and processed by cubes to generate reports regarding different products for the users to use.

Dev. Accounting System used to track and maintain the activities of the employees .In these module employees enter their effort for different activities date wise and submit their activity to their respective Project manager for the approval. Various reports are also available for management decision and billing purpose.

This project is responsible for applying business logic to perform cleansing, standardizing and removing redundant data according to the client requirement. The transformed data is loaded into database and is used to generate valuable and intelligent reports. This process is done by using SSIS, SQL Server and Power BI, Spotfire. Duration: July 2018 till date Tools: SQL Server 2012/2017, Visual Studio 2015, ETL Tool – SSIS, Visualization Tools – SpotFire, Power BI Roles and Responsibilities: • Developed SSIS Packages for migration, data pull from multiple sources and complex transformation, cleaning and analyzing data and bulk data load. • Experience in performing profiling over data, data quality checks using Data Insight and Address cleansing transforms. • Primary role was to ensure the preparedness of data before go-live (Country / Company code wise) by running data governance checks as part of Full Dress Rehearsals. • Performed checks on production data and co-ordinate with respective teams to highlight the data anomalies • Worked on POCs for Postal code format checks, name standardization and phonetic checks. • Worked on end-to-end implementation of dashboards which includes analysis, design, development and presentation as per client requirements • Developed multiple SpotFire dashboards for deriving business insights and to provide predictive analytics capabilities • Developed multiple Power BI dashboards to create interactive visualizations for analysis of data from multiple sources to provide trends and predictive analysis. Provide story telling feature to understand data transformation over a period of time. • Involved in writing stored procedures triggers and views. • Worked on deployment of SSIS Packages to a third party scheduler – Control

PHM’s main goal is to gather, normalize and analyze clinical data across a patient’s many care settings that can reveal opportunities to improve patient’s health and provider’s financial outcomes. RCM unifies the business and clinical sides of healthcare by coupling administrative data, such as a patient's name, insurance provider and other personal information, with the treatment a patient receives and their healthcare data. The objective is to support data aggregation, data governance and data analytics along with providing reporting capabilities necessary for compliance and provider incentives.
