This is an IAM solution designed as a light weight SaaS solution, can be delivered along with Oracle Cloud at Customer bundle. It is a Self-Service Access Provisioning System where users can request access, track requests, view reports. It takes care of user management like user creation, reset passwords ... etc. It provides facility to admins to customize user notifications for different use cases.

This is an extension for Oracle Identity Manager. OIM don’t give any direct provision for few IDM services like Break-Glass setup, approvers modification, entitlement setup ... etc. This admin services application is a UI application facilitates business owners/auditors with above mentioned services. It is a Self-Service System, business owners/auditors can access it & do required changes to entitlements based on their role.

Policy manager is an authentication system, Campaign manager has to communicate with policy manager before sending messages to users. Policy manager checks policy definitions and rules as per tenant configuration, takes decision whether allowing CM to send message or prevent as system exceeds number of messages to be pushed as per policy rule. It internally maintains subscriber profiles in MongoDB, updates profile for every valid request from CM. It automatically flushes message counters of subscriber profile when policy type is rolled out in his profile.

It is a manifestation of application’s real time analytics for different products. DaVinci Campaign Manager is the most comprehensive solution for running highly impactful campaigns across all communication channels such as SMS, MMS, Email, Cell broadcast, WAP, USSD and Voice calls. Users can create multichannel campaigns, identity the target group, activate calendar for the campaign period and define various campaign control parameters based on delivery channel type such as throttle rate. Users can also stop, pause, resume and modify scheduled messages irrespective of channel type or target group. System supports multi format content for MMS delivery channel such as audio, video, image, and text. Each campaign can have multiple messages scheduled for multiple delivery channels. Users can select one of the many delivery channels and then follow the consistent wizard-based campaign creation process.
