Description
- I am currently handling two major projects of Sony India Software Centre Pvt Ltd. as a “Team Lead Position”.
- Sony Asia Specific (AP)
ii.Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE)
- Develop a strategy that team will use to reach its goal
- Provide any training that team members required
- Communicate clear instructions and process to team members
- Listen to team members' feedback
- Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
- Generating reports of team performance and update the managers
- Supporting VIP user’s on priority
- Coordinating Immediate support for Audio and video conference rooms, Meeting rooms and board rooms issues
- Handling all the Service requests and Incidents within SLA and guiding L1 engineers with SOP
- Logging a case with vendors like HP, Dell, Lenovo if there is any hardware dependency issues
- Supporting all kind of operating system environments like Windows, MAC OS, Linux.
- Providing support to server related requests like DL creation, DL Modifications, Server Folder Access Permission, Admin rights, USB Access.
- Handling all licensed version software installation using SNOW Agent software
- Involving in activities like McAfee vulnerabilities, Laptop refreshments, Windows 10 upgradation tasks by following and completing on priority
- Handling virus incidents tickets on priority and updating to information security team
- Supporting all MAC laptops and mini desktops
- Providing L1 support to Linux environments requests like ubuntu, red hat, kali Linux Centos operating systems
