The Operational Data Store (ODS) is built to collate heterogeneous data from various sources like CRM, OBRM, DMS, Portal, USSD, Interconnect, and Mediation. Data obtained from CRM, OBRM, DMS and Portal sources are relational databases (oracle) and for USSD and Mediation, the sources are Flat files or Comma Separated Values (CSVs). The data is extracted, transformed and loaded into Operational Data Store with data integration tool Informatica Power center. The required business rules are applied at data integration and Reporting layers. The data from ODS caters to the reporting requirements with OBIEE reports and dashboards. These reports can be customized as per user requirements.
