There is another one windows application which is used to collect the details about the weather condition and it will store the details in the database. Claims Management System is used to collect the claim details during the accidents. Once Accident occurred, it is registered in the Claims Management System. Then it will be assigned to the Pocket PC device User. The Pocket PC device user will go to the location directly and will collect the original details and send back to the Claims Management System. Then the data will be verified against the data in the Claims Management System. If the data matches with the original data, the claim will be accepted. Otherwise, the claim will be rejected.

Sales Handover System will collect data from user and will store in local database on the Pocket PC device. During synchronization, local data will be transferred to server called SHS server database using WEB SERVICE that will run at server. One server process will seamlessly transfer data between SHS server and ICM server databases. The process occurring in the Sales Handover system is capturing Receipt details, Vendor details, Payment details, Proposal details and Proposal - Instrument Mapping.
