Manulife will get the 121 Request from the Arrow service as a XML file and parses that XML and then store the parsed data in DB. Then Manulife will send the 121 Response as XML string via the Arrow web service. Using the Manulife web application, some of the status fields are get updated and then Manulife will send the 1122 Request as XML string via Arrow web service.
