This project was the Digital Transformation of the entire Corporate Services and the complete integration of Employee Facing systems associated with HR, Finance, Corporate Services, Security, IT, BPM, Purchase Team, etc. The idea was to merge all employee facing functions into a single window shared services platform unifying and digitizing the process and creating a worthwhile user experience.

Reliance Industries as a company decided to come out of Successfactors. So all companies had to be rolled back to SAP HCM and other cloud based technologies. In the meanwhile we implemented a completed Recruitment, Onboarding and Training system for Reliance Industries after seeing its incredible success and acceptance at Jio.

As an Enterprise IT member at Jio, she had 2 major responsibilities viz. Successfactors Implementation across 4 companies: RIL, RJIO, Retail and Reliance Foundation. She also was responsible for implementing other HR Systems for Jio.

Reliance Jio Infocomm moved from Successfactors to Salesforce and SAP using a combination of tools seamlessly integrated with one another. The entire HR Systems landscape was designed and worked up on to build all the essential tools and technologies needed for all the HR Talent Management functions. This project was humungous. It panned across 1 Lac employees across 1042 Jio centres that went live.

Managed the entire PeopleSoft Implementation for WNS and also implemented new modules like Time & Labour, Absence Management, PeopleSoft Performance Management and also did a PeopleSoft upgrade.
