Description

This project contains new idea i.e. E-medical data, user (i.e. patient) save own medical record. There are many entities like Doctor, chemist, pathologist. Each entity has its own role and functionality. An electronic medical record (EMR) is a digital version of a patients paper chart that can be shared by doctors, hospitals and patients. The patients medical history, allergies, current medications, immunization, family history, lab report and all results entered into the EMR. A secure, single electronic medical record improves patient safely and the quality of care. Results and notes generated during a patients visit to the hospital. It includes all modules such as patient, doctor, chemist, pathologist, receptionist and admin. It also provides User Area where doctor and patient can put scanned documents and comments for each other.
