USI Holidings Corporation is huge organization in US and serving different department like Insurance, Banking, Health Care, Real Estate etc. These all departments cover under one IT department and we are providing services to their needs like application development, Manitenance, Enhancement and Support. The main purpose of this application to design RFP process for their internal needs. If any department is planning to start new application, first they need to fill all the details in online form and upload to necessary documents. After uploded, the respective team will evaluate the requirement will send to respective approvals. Once the approval process completed will start to develop the application.

● Analysis, designing, development and implementation of high quality software that meets the requirements of the Customer.
● Interacting with requirements team to understand the technical requirements.
● Supporting in User Acceptance testing, Production deployment and project maintenance.

● Given support for fixing production bugs.

● Working on Enhancements and Production Support ticket issues.

Currently Manulife insurance is having legacy applications of MOSS 2007 and planning to upgrade to SharePoint Online using ShareGate migration tool.

The Main purpose of this project to Enhance Outsourcing E-Portal(OSEP) to manage the outsourcing governance process throughout the entire life-cycle of the the contract.

The main roles in the Project are

1. Oousourcing Registor Creator(OR):
• OR can create the Oousourcing Registor form and submit to OM.

2. Outsourcing Manager (OM):
• User can send request / trigger workflow to assign task to SDM
• User can approve a workflow that is assigned to him/her
• User can fill in the form base on their access
• User can read the form even if they are not involved with the project

3. Service Delivering Manager (SDM):
• User can read the form if they are involved in the project.
• User can fill in the form based on their access.
• User can send request / trigger a workflow for approval of the form.

4. Service Delivery Management Manager (SDMM):

• User can read the form if they are involved in the project.
• User can approve the a workflow that is assigned to him/her.
• Users are the last approval body of OR form and can view any form on OSEP.
• Users are able to comment on the form

5. Compliance Team (CT):
• Compliance team will check, if any complants on the Outsourcing process.

The Main purpose of this project to book the meeting rooms in different location across the DBS Bank locations like Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and China. Users can book the meetings rooms on the basis of daily, weekly, monthly, Quartely and Yearly.

● Interacting with requirements team to understand the technical requirements.
● Supporting in User Acceptance testing, Production deployment and project maintenance.
● Given support for fixing production bugs.
● Involving SharePoint Admin role.
● Working on Enhancements and Production Support ticket issues.
