Led project planning and execution for a large-scale HQ move of 355 employees in NY. In charge of designing the new floor plans for data center and IDFs. Responsible for entire infrastructure build out inclusive of network and server technologies. Designed, implemented and moved staff all within an expedited 4 month window with zero downtime to operations.

Vetted new VOIP provider via an extensive RFP process and negotiated new rates leading to a 35% reduction in monthly billing for HQ and 5 clinics. Led redesign of vectoring configuration and verified all testing with applicable stakeholders. Successfully implemented completely new system, with enhanced features and functionality at a lower cost within an expedited 4 month window.

Came in towards tail-end of project and completely revitalized a failing project that was 35% over budget and 40?hind schedule. Quickly created new system requirements and led implementation within original timeline successfully with full HRIS and Finance functionality.

In tandem with HQ move and build out of a new state-of-the-art data center, designed and developed a mature Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery plan. Led project team in acquiring a full business impact analysis. Identified essential systems and operations along with key personnel and developed strategy for continuity. BCP was fully developed and ready for execution by 4th quarter 2019. Quickly designed and implemented out of state (warm site) Disaster Recovery initiative which allowed for a 72 hour uptime post outage. BCP and DR designed utilizing a NIST based framework.
