In tandem with HQ move and build out of a new state-of-the-art data center, designed and developed a mature Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery plan. Led project team in acquiring a full business impact analysis. Identified essential systems and operations along with key personnel and developed strategy for continuity. BCP was fully developed and ready for execution by 4th quarter 2019. Quickly designed and implemented out of state (warm site) Disaster Recovery initiative which allowed for a 72 hour uptime post outage. BCP and DR designed utilizing a NIST based framework.
