ConnectWise Cloud Console is the platform to maintain Microsoft Office 365 User Account and Monitoring and Billing solution that gives user the ability to manage Microsoft Office 365 from within ConnectWise to improve efficiency, increase service quality and profit margins by becoming a Cloud Service Provider. It’s provides options to manage Microsoft Office 365 User Reports within ConnectWise Cloud Console

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for UI Acceptance testing, Functional testing, Regression testing and sanitytesting. • Performed verification of the functionality of Cloud Console on various browsers and its compatibility on Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. • Responsible for conducting manual testing and end-user testing. • Worked with developers to fix bugs that occur on staging environment. • Tested the functionality of each screen to monitor proper navigation. • Extensively executed queries on Mongo Database to retrieve data from the database. • Created Automation test cases for Cloud Console using TestNG Framework with Selenium. • Interaction with the team of 3 developers.
