- Driving Six Sigma activities across the engagement consisting of 4 DUs. 100+ ideas identified leading to effort saving of $414K
- Additional responsibility of driving automation agenda across 8 UKI accounts
- Driving innovation and automation within the engagement. Achieved savings of 52 FTE through automation, innovation and asset reuse.
