• I own a portfolio of 130+ large and small projects that are underway

Accenture has won several System Integration projects in areas such as Finance, HR, Smart Grid and Supply Chain. As a offshore tower lead and program manager I successfully delievered multi year system integration and tranformation projects namely EAM Consolidation, FPO, Smart Grid, eMax Upgrade, SCWM Implementation

In parallel I also managed Application outsourcing projects which involved supporting 80+ applications spread across Supply Chain, Corporate, Finance and HR towers involving wide range of technologies like .Net, Java, Informatica, Business Objects, Maximo, SSRS and PeopleSoft

Role: Engagement Automation Lead

• I am responsible for driving automation and innovation activities across the CPW engagement consisting of 600 resources.
• Identifying ideas for automation, driving automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Accenture Robotic Platform (ARP) and BluePrism. 50+ ideas identified. Achieved savings of 37K annually using RPA
• Driving Six Sigma activities across the engagement consisting of 4 DUs. 100+ ideas identified leading to effort saving of $414K
• Additional responsibility of driving automation agenda across 8 UKI accounts
• Driving innovation and automation within the engagement. Achieved savings of 52 FTE through automation, innovation and asset reuse.
