Broadworks is a product of Cisco which provides VoIP platform for Enterprise and service provider. This Broadworks connector developed to integrate with customer’s (service provider) control panel and enable the service provider to sale and manage Broadworks. This connector provides option to granular provisioning and managing with self-service for Enterprise and users and managing quota. Apart from managing Enterprise and users it also allows to manage, phone number, device profile, groups, hunt groups, enterprise and user services
