Working in IT requires both technical knowledge and the ability to concisely communicate with people. As an IT Support engineer for Wipro Technologies, I was frequently engaged in software and hardware support for our clients, who I promptly and e...ies, I was frequently engaged in software and hardware support for our clients, who I promptly and efficiently helped with a diverse array of problems. I also assisted in implementing a new program that streamlined sharing the technical knowledge among the associates most like a forum under Wipro Pragati, further boosting our Resolution Rate.

I am currently working as a project engineer with Wipro Technologies, where I have been able to further strengthen my technical acumen. I joined Wipro as senior associates in HP (Hewlett-Packard) where I was responsible to give support commercial account customers. After that I moved to DELL EMC where I assigned to Avamar server project for support and maintenance and now working in Shell Project under server Monitoring team. now working as L2 in shell project under Wipro Technologies.
