I am a seasoned senior manager and program/project manager with over thirty years of experience. I hold PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, AXELOS ITIL®v3 Foundation Certification, SCRUM Alliance Certified SCRUM Master Ce...P) Certification, AXELOS ITIL®v3 Foundation Certification, SCRUM Alliance Certified SCRUM Master Certification (CSM), and SCRUM Alliance Certified SCRUM Product Owner Certification (CSPO). I have extensive project/program management skills as well as general knowledge of Agile Product Owner skills. I have had the responsibility for the overall direction, management, communication, and coordination for enterprise IT PMO and web based technology projects and initiatives. I have implemented several Fortune 500 company PMOs. I utilize project management processes and methodologies (PMI’s PMBOK, ITIL, CMMI, ISO/IEC 20000) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to the highest quality standards, and meet or exceed customer expectations.

I have a proven track record in developing and implementing IT infrastructure and software solutions for business improvement. I have very strong negotiation skills and have been selected to take ownership of failing high visibility/high value projects and bringing them to successful completion. I leverage my proven and valuable experience to bring value and confidence to every initiative.

I have persuasive and articulate communication skills (both oral and written), which have culminated in briefings, presentations, mentoring and training for small, medium, and large groups, as well as one-on-one. My interpersonal and management skills were developed during a very successful career in the United States Air Force (retired).
