Over 10 years of extensive experience with WebEOC platforms, HTML, JavaScript, CSS3, APIs, SQL Reports and Server, and Everbridge for advanced WebEOC board design, development, administration, maintenance, and communication. Full hands-on end-user support and training including creating documentation (user guides), onsite training classes, and participation in FEMA graded drills / exercises and actual activations.
