- Automation in BAU activities: Centric and FXBundle weekly process restart done using AppManage (Tibco), weekly job scheduled via BL.
- Monitoring:
- Geneos :-
Tibco BW component logs monitored via geneos using FKM sampler for quick and easy spotting of errors. Helps in creation and implementation of change tickets.
Calculation of the CPU utilization by process threads of all servers in Geneos, helps in managing the CPU utilization by all the processes without affecting the already running processes.
Alerting for the receipt of any dynamic invalidcontract for the Centric_Factor component and investigate further.
- Splunk :-
Creating dashboards based on the different kinds of error codes available in the tibco logs to distinguish between business errors and technical errors providing better log management.
Onboarding the log files using xpolog for the ease of monitoring.

- Discouraging email based alerting :- Analysis of the hawk files and clean-up of the hawk rules to reduce the redundant alert emails every weekend, constructing it to the team mailbox only.
- Release process improvement :-
Introduction of several best practices. Code walk through for better understanding of the flow with developers. Understanding the functional requirement and output with the BAs.
Creation of a template for the release notes and runbook.
Template for the release steps containing definite sequence of the start/stop for the components.

Contribute to Efficiency across processes (3%YoY target) through Lean Transformation & Business Improvement initiatives. Run process improvement drives to meet Business and Organization’s needs. Execute Lean & Continuous improvement initiatives in India territory. Implementation Execute an organizational or process improvement on the 5-dimension Model covering Voice of Customer, Process Efficiency, Performance Management, Mind-sets and Behaviours, Organization and skills. Conduct Lean Methodology Trainings / Workshops (Problem Solving, Lean Concepts - 8 wastes, Retrospective). Capacity management, Workload analysis, gap analysis, be a Change Agent. Track and Report Project deliverables (in FTE / INR). Ensure benefit realisation is accounted in Budgeting exercise.
