• Integrated DocuSign with Opportunity sales process by using a custom designed JAVA middleware SOAP API deployed on AWS EC2 instance and DocuSign REST API. It enables users to send out consistent, on-brand electronic contracts for e-signing with one click for multiple opportunities, generated from pre-setup MS Word template file. It helped to eliminate error prone and time-consuming manual tasks. JAVA middleware uses open source docx4j Java library for parsing MS Word template files and performing programmatic mail merge operation. Apex webhooks track the sent contracts throughout the routing in real time and push updates in Salesforce.
• Automated time-consuming manual task of priority points calculation based on purchase history of exhibitors. It enabled users to preview and perform exhibitor space selection slot assignment with one click.
