An360 is composed of different modules to provide the functionalities like account management, hardware configuration application, communication server and so on. The web portal is created for providing the better way for device configuration and management. This involves dealer account creation, customer account creation, device communication and various operation. The device operation can be performed by dealer remotely. The device communication with ValueNet was accomplished using webAPI and websocket server.

       TSSCDownloader is composed of different modules for managing account, configuring Honeywell product, device enrolment, and device operation remotely. TSSC downloader was basically developed to support low end security devices with various security feature which are used in residential premises. TSSCDownloader is security device configuration which provide support to dealer to configure and monitor the devices remotely.

   This application is used to raise employees concern as tickets. Tickets will automatically get assign to respective agent for resolution.  

 Portal has three modules:

1. Employee:

  Employee module will help the employee to raise their concerns.

2. Agent Module:

  Agent module will help the agent to resolve the tickets .The tickets will be assigned to particular agent based on location, Category, Service window and Sla.

3. Admin module:

  Admin module helps for configuration and administration.

       This is an outbound campaign of Bank of America. This Project is used to take up the call made to the customers of BOA and giving them the details about the Product offers. Once customer will show interest about the product offered, Associates will collect the required details through phone. This Application is combination of Windows and Web parts. The login and getting the call is in windows part and collecting the details and closing the call through Web part. When the data is filled up in the web part same time it will be post back to the client’s URL through intranet .The URL post the data which consist of the data binded into XML strings.
