ITBS (International Tracking & Billing System) is DTDC's nation-wide application for International Business. ITBS helps both DTDC @ India & Abroad for Inbound & Outbound Operations. This application can be used by the Employee of DTDC @ India only.

Customer click SOS button from COC app the notification goes to controls room .Control room agent review needy person details and nearest guard is notified the details of needy details of needy person location.

The guard accepts the call for help and is on the way Guard finishes helping the needy person then generates an invoice based upon the duration and distance. Needy people pay the invoice amount to guard by card or credit cards.

ILS Spyglass web application is used to create the order for bins which are available at offsite. Once the order is created, the order details mail goes to logistics, the logistic person delivers the order to the store, at this time the application is used to accept the order delivery. While accepting the delivery there is functionality to add the extra bins. It is also used to review the shipment which is created by the fusion scanner.  Application is also used to create some master like UPC, User registration. It also shows the summarized record on the home page.
