Staffmerge is a job portal app with an addition to two new features
1. Add 2 min video by applicants explaining why they are a good fit for their job.
2. Video interviews within the app itself so that no personal contact need to be made unless the applicant is shortlisted for more rounds.

My Role:
Architect the app.
Handle the team of 6 developers (3 Android and 3 iOS).
Participating in the product development discussion directly with the CEO.
Direct discussion with the Backend to discuss the API architecture so that it can be modified as per app development needs.
1. MVVM with clean architecture and dagger by separating the modules and classes.
Separate modules for Applicant and Employer.
Sub-modules
1. Resume/Profile Creation
2. Search and apply for a job.
3. Chat and video calling.
4. Adding job by Clients
5. Inviting/scheduling interviews
6. Subscription module.

Also added Local Db using Room DB at necessary places like viewing the profile/resume for applicants and profile and job list for employers so that we do not need to hit the Apis unnecessarily.
