· As a Senior Cloud Project Manager, managing cloud migration of applications and services from on-prem Data Center (DC) to Azure and AWS cloud with business-critical cloud migration schedule and cut-over
· Managing stakeholders: Transition Manager, Service Manager, Cloud Foundation, Cloud Architect, Business Partners, Delivery Head/Delivery Director, AMS and FAM/TAM Manager
· Conduct kick-off meeting with stakeholders and get their buy-in for migration approach & methodology, migration plan, and milestones, migration windows for cut-over
· Accountable for review & approval of cloud migration design, run book, Transition Handbook, cut-over
· Conduct weekly status review (WSR) with stakeholders and resolve dependencies, issues and risks
