About Me

Over the past decade, I have played the role of a multi-disciplinary designer building software and customer experience for a variety of industries. The diversity has helped me acquire new skills, adapt to the evolving technologies to build what&#.... Currently, as a lead experience designer, my role is to use design as a business function that creates distinction and value in this highly competitive market. I also manage the Design Labs initiative at the Imaginea to enable innovation and design thinking to bridge multiple business and user-centered gaps.

I have been highly assertive in leading diverse cross-function teams and defining strategies for the product and user experience. My hands-on approach to defining product vision, crafting compelling stories and designing seamless, human-centered experiences across complex ecosystems empower me and my team to build a cohesive end to end experience. Most of my work has evolved around ecommerce, Insurance, aviation, and hospitality. I had also been fortunate enough to work for large brands such as Flydubai, Samsung, Agility, Michael Kors, Bestbuy, First bank and Gallagher.

My design philosophy is to have enthusiasm, passion, and purpose to create unique experiences. I have always enjoyed building connections and fostering a design-thinking practice for problem-solving. This enthusiasm has led me to conduct workshops and seminars for universities/organizations. I have also enjoyed being a part of the United Nations Volunteers program, where I have collaborated with organizations addressing sustainable development challenges. Biking, long hikes, and sketching are my other favorite things.
