A simple, clean UX and UI designed based on client's existing style guides for an insuretech application.

About the client:

Michelin is a French tyre manufacturer based in Clermont-Ferrand in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes région of France. It is the second largest tyre manufacturer in the world after Japanese Bridgestone and larger than both American Goodyear and German Continental.

About my work:

As a UX/UI Specialist and Data Visualizer, I was responsible for gathering requirements from the client teams, collect sample data sets, understand design language of the corporate, design wireframes and design visual elements that are meaningful and easy to understand for the corporate management.

The reporting dashboard’s primary goal is to focus on the principle of “management by exception” and my task was to achieve that using simple yet powerful visual components and charts. The interface had to cater to the corporate’s complex data model and multi-level filter requirements effectively.

I used Adobe Creative Suite to build visual design mock-ups and my team used Tableau to develop and deploy the reports.

The dashboard is built for India division and is now proposed to be implemented in Middle East and African regions as well.

About the client:

ESSO-INCOIS was established as an autonomous body in 1999 under the Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) and is a unit of the Earth System Science Organization (ESSO). ESSO- INCOIS is mandated to provide the best possible ocean information and advisory services to society, industry, government agencies and the scientific community through sustained ocean observations and constant improvements through systematic and focussed research.

About my work:

I worked on upgrading an existing legacy system and multiple modules distributed across various government / semi-government departments and designed UX strategy and UX/UI for Early Warning System Dashboard - a mission critical application used by Government Agencies, Coast Guards, Fishing Community and District Collectorates.

INCOIS has a legacy system that collected data from multiple touch points and the information architecture evolved over the years and hence wasn’t easily accessible and adaptable to all intended users. Hence the need for redefining the user experience of the product. During the assignment, my data points were existing application screens and inputs from stakeholders of the product/project.

About the client:

WellCare Health Plans, Inc. focuses primarily on providing government-sponsored managed care services to families, children, seniors and individuals with complex medical needs primarily through Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans, as well as individuals in the Health Insurance Marketplace. WellCare serves approximately 5.5 million members nationwide as of September 30, 2018.

About my work:

I worked as the UX/UI Consultant for redesigning Wellcare’s mobile app. I designed multiple visual design mock-ups according to latest design trends and Wellcare’s design language. We did extensive A/B testing to arrive at an optimal design for the app.

About the client:

SmartHR is a ML/AI based recruiting solution that is conceptualized by a stealth mode start-up based out of Bangalore, India. The product aims to automate most of the recruitment activity using proprietary profile scoring and matching techniques.

About my work:

I worked as the Product Manager and UX/UI Lead for designing and developing the web based interface for the product.

As a UX/UI Lead and Product Manager, my role was to ideate with the founding team, draw user flows and data visualizations on the drawing board, create wireframes and get user consensus, build multiple UI options, create A/B test plan for critical user paths, co-ordinate with all stakeholders (start-up, investors, developers) and manage multiple product release cycles.
