Description
As a Transformation lead. worked closely with senior leadership in the India centre to further Agile initiatives in alignment with the global program. Along with a team of coaches helped drive India specific efforts, integration with developer excellence initiatives and facilitated the roll-out of a true agile structure (w/o managers) in a BU for agile value delivery with flat structure, cross-functional teams, team and peer based performance appraisal process and created a pool of skilled scrum masters – resulting in credible business outcomes.
