Transformation in Edgeverve recorded as a SAFe case study by Scaled Agile Institute. Performed review of SAFe implementation at Eagle Systems – a Fintech subsidiary of BNYM Core delivery background with over 15 years in Enterprise application development & Product development engagements in Microsoft and J2EE technologies Designed and facilitating an ongoing series of public workshops on Agile Leadership for senior agile practitioners.
