I played pivotal role of an Agile Coach by setting up Agile practices and teams for the organization. As SEPG Head I established CMMI Level 3 processes, spearheaded implementation and conducted periodic audits. I was responsible for the organization to get ISO9001-2015 and ISO27001-2013 certified.

As an entrepreneur I grew the organization from a IT Finishing school to software development centre and was able to setup an incubation platform for budding entrepreneurs.

As Project Manager handled independent verification and validation as per DO-178 standards (International Standards for Aviation software and hardware components). Client handles were Goodrich Aerospace, Boeing and McLaren.
