• Led a team of seven (developers, database administrator, and designer).

• Part of a distributed team that developed a mobile app using Xamarin; it is a start- from-scratch project. The target market was Malaysia.
• Launched the mobile app up to Beta stage in Google Play with limited internal testers.
• Launched the mobile app up in Apple TestFlight with limited internal testers.

• Led the Dev Team, composed of 5-12 people, from Waterfall to Scrum. Mentored the team in Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Implemented Azure Boards that delivers faster agile tool to plan, track, and discuss work across teams.

Completed a web-based retail management solution developed from scratch. It is made up of the following modules – POS, Repair/Return, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management.  Installed more than 40 client services for five customers.
